Our Doctors

All PDEC physicians are Board Certified in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes.  To become certified in the Specialty, physicians must first be Board Certified in Internal Medicine.  They are then required to complete a 2-3 year endocrinology fellowship training program,  and must pass a comprehensive national exam.  Our physicians are certified in thyroid ultrasound and are members of the following organizations:

  • Oregon Medical Association
  • Medical Society of Metropolitan Portland
  • American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE)
  • American Diabetes Association (ADA)
