New Patients will receive an appointment card verifying the time and location of their appointment, plus instructions and paperwork for the first visit.
Most New Patient visits require a referral from a primary care or other provider. We will need chart notes and copies of lab work from your other doctor(s) related to your endocrine condition as well as a list of your current medications. Your first visit will usually last about an hour. Please be aware of the following policies regarding New Patient appointments:
You will be asked to confirm your appointment at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment time. Unconfirmed appointments risk cancellation and rescheduling of the allotted time to someone on our waiting list. We only allow one rescheduling of a missed New Patient appointment.
Regular appointments are important in providing quality care. If you are an established patient and must cancel an appointment, we ask that a minimum of 48 hours notice be given so we can assign the time to another patient.
Please allow extra time for traffic and parking. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may need to be rescheduled to a future date.
